While driving your vehicle the following precautions should be taken. Avoid driving on bad roads especially on two wheelers. The jerks raise the intradiscal pressures very high.
  1. Avoid long journeys at stretch, take regular breaks in between (Fig. 10). 
  2. Support the back with a small cushion (Fig. 11). 
  3. The seat should be adjusted so that the hips and knee are slightly bent. The arms should be relaxed and bent at 900 angle to the steering well.
