The epiduroscopy can help a lot in solving the enigma of backpain. There are so many patients who are not considered for surgery but have the persistent radicular pain. Epiduroscopy with division of adhesions and targeted epidural injection is a promising and relatively safe minimally invasive intervention for the management of painful radiculopathy. In the future, as this technology evolves, patients needing more aggressive therapeutic procedures such as laser neuroplasty, discectomy, and partial laminectomy may be treated in a minimally invasive manner. As a microinvasive endoscopy process, percutaneous epiduroscopy can be a sensible addition for diagnostic purposes as well as enriching the range of treatment for chronic pain syndrome.
